Konecranes Demag slewing cranes are highly adaptable and fit perfectly to different industry sectors, providing process agility and ergonomics for operators.
Our standard slewing cranes are mounted on existing building columns and own column with maximum capacities of 1000Kg, and can move with a 270º radius with booms of up to 7 meters. Customized options are available, such as increased lifting capacity or full 360° rotation.
Column slewing arms with booms made from profiled rails of the KBK light crane system, providing high load capacity and reach radius with its reduced own weight. Thanks to the low weight, the boom is easily manoeuvrable and, by using the KBK hollow profile as the main beam, we ensure very low displacement forces
A decisive advantage of wall swivel arms is the fact that there is no stress on the ground, as they are mounted on concrete walls, pillars of sheds, machines and installations. They are extremely easy to install, as the console is prepared to be assembled as a unit, eliminating any complicated alignment work. The KBK wall swivel arm is suitable for the load capacity range up to 1000 kg.
These slewing cranes are the universal solution for intermediate ranges of load capacities up to 5000 kg. The reduced boom height also allows for particularly long hook strokes here. For comfortable operation, the cranes can optionally be manipulated with an electric slewing mechanism.
