The reliability of all hoist systems, including the hoist motors, limit switch and mechanical overload protection, has been thoroughly tested. An ergonomic user interface allows the operator to focus on lifting, ensuring safer and easier load handling.

We know your lifting environment is unique, so we offer many optional features. For example, you can choose your lift speed, have an extra brake, add a load screen, get an all-weather cover, add radio controls, and order special trolley attachments. SAFE CONTROL intelligent command.

Highest operational safety and efficient production: the Konecranes Demag SafeControl intelligent controller offers all the prerequisites to optimally support modern production and logistics processes. Thanks to its wide range of applications, it makes networked production a reality right now. The foundations for this have already been laid: various security functions and additional functionality expansions can be activated individually. Demag SmartCheck integrated sensor technology continuously detects all hoist operating parameters and reports them to the control system, from rotation to brake wear. Obviously there is a precise standard overload safety device.

Keep all DMR rope hoists in view even if you are far away. Our innovative Demag StatusControl remote access system provides all relevant operational data in real time, analyzing it and preparing it for direct access, including from your mobile device. In this way, it is possible to predictively plan maintenance. With Demag StatusControl you can also monitor complete crane systems in various production plants and at different locations.

Other advantages

The frequency inverter in the hoist translation ensures smooth starts and reduces the stresses that affect the hoist and crane structure. This feature guarantees a longer useful life for equipment with lower costs.

Continuous monitoring of rope tension: when the load reaches the final position when descending, the lifting drive is automatically switched off.

Secure load transport with two DMR rope hoists via a single control unit. It is also possible to jointly control two cranes with up to four cable hoists.

Automatic transport of loads to the selected final position, while the crane operator keeps pressing the respective operation button on the radio remote control.

Definition of blocked areas for the hoist. In this way, it is possible to safely avoid, for example, tall machine structures or blocked surfaces.
