Commissioning – Ensuring full operation

Initial tests for assembly validation and parameters established by the manufacturer must be carried out by a specialist, in accordance with legal requirements. Before putting the equipment into operation for the first time or after modifications that alter the original characteristics, we carry out load tests, sag measurement according to NBR 8400, brake adjustments and end-of-stroke limit adjustments. These are some of the items that comprise our commissioning.
