In addition, SIGO provides KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), which allow area managers to check the history of all services performed and evaluate performance. We also carry out satisfaction surveys, in which the user needs to evaluate the last service registered before opening a new ticket.
By accessing the online platform, you can easily identify the equipment that needs maintenance or repair. Your request may be related to repair, maintenance, parts, machine error codes and other services. In addition, you have the option to add texts and photos or specify a desired date for the service. After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirmation. The intuitive use is efficient, saving time on long phone calls while we get all the information we need.
